We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t meet your expectations. At Vera Boutique, we want to make your return process as simple and smooth as possible.


Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so shipping fees may apply. Return costs typically range between $20 and $40.

We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages.


Follow these 3 simple steps to return your order

Step 1: Contact us
Email us at info@vera.boutique with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send your package
Once you have received return instructions, please send your items to the provided address. Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking, as you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3: Receive your refund
When we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? Cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us as quickly as possible at info@vera.boutique if you wish to cancel.


Important Notes

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
  • All returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
  • If the return is caused by a customer’s decision (for example, wrong size or change of mind), the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
