This is the hardest message I have ever had to write. My daughter has been diagnosed with a rare and devastating illness, and as a mother, my heart is breaking in ways I cannot describe.

Running Vera Boutique has been more than just a business. It has been my passion, my purpose, and a community that I have loved with all my heart. But in the middle of endless hospital visits, sleepless nights, and the overwhelming weight of uncertainty, I realized I could not keep giving my all to both. My daughter needs me, fully and completely.

These past months have been filled with chaos, tears, and impossible choices. Between doctor’s appointments and moments of fear, I found myself torn between being there for her and trying to keep Vera Boutique alive. Deep down, I knew I had to put my family first. Closing the shop is not what I wanted, but it is what I must do.
